Mentoring Events

Mentoring and networking are key pillars of a successful academic career, especially for early-career researchers. The Kohli Foundation supports young scholars by helping them gain access to valuable academic networks and mentoring opportunities.

Each year, we fund 2-5 events that foster exchange between junior and senior researchers. These may take place in the context of conferences, summer schools, or other academic gatherings. While we do not organize these events ourselves, we provide financial support and can assist with relevant contacts from our network.

Funding rotates annually among sections, sociological associations and other institutions.

If you’re planning a mentoring or networking-focused event, we invite you to apply. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need more information.

Please use the application form and send it to: info@kohlifoundation.eu
