The Kohli Foundation for Sociology is delighted to announce this year’s laureate of the Infrastructure Prize for Sociology. The 2025 prize goes to SocArXiv, represented by Philip N. Cohen, for its accessible and timely contribution to the dissemination of sociological knowledge. As preprint servers have become a vital part of the academic discourse infrastructure, SocArXiv has quickly established itself as the leading platform for the early, open sharing of research in sociology.
We are already looking forward to the award ceremony at the European University Institute in Fiesole, Florence on 4-6 November 2025.
